Affiliate Program Terms

1. Who Can Join

Any Ticket Tool account holder can join the affiliate program from the Affiliates tab of their account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to receive a payout. You are responsible for the accuracy of the payout details you give us.

We may decline or remove any application at our discretion, including where we believe the program is being used to obtain a discount on your own subscription.

2. Your Referral Link

On joining you receive a personal referral link containing your referral code. When someone visits Ticket Tool through your link we store a first-party cookie in their browser so that a later signup can be credited to you.

• First touch wins. If someone arrives through more than one affiliate link, the first one is credited.
• One referrer per customer. Each referred account is tied to a single affiliate, permanently.
• The attribution window. If the person does not sign up within the attribution window shown in your Affiliates tab, the attribution lapses.
• Existing customers do not count. Someone who already has, or previously had, a paid subscription cannot be referred.

3. How Commission Is Earned

You earn a percentage of what a referred customer actually pays, calculated on the amount paid excluding tax. Your current commission rate and commission window are always shown in your Affiliates tab, and those displayed values are the ones that apply to your account.

Commission is earned on new subscription payments and on renewals within your commission window. It is not earned on:

• free trials or any invoice totalling zero;
• mid-cycle proration charges from plan changes;
• one-off purchases such as AI token packs;
• tax, or any amount refunded to the customer;
• payments made after your commission window for that customer ends.

We may change the standard commission rate and window for future referrals. Referrals already attributed to you keep the terms that applied when they converted.

4. Holds, Refunds & Reversals

Every commission is held for a period (shown in your Affiliates tab) before it becomes available to pay out. The hold exists so that refunds and chargebacks are resolved before money leaves.

If a referred payment is refunded or disputed, the matching commission is reversed in whole or in part. If a payment is refunded or disputed after a payout has already been made, we may deduct the amount from your future earnings or ask you to repay it.

5. Payouts

• Payouts are made by PayPal to the address on your account. You must provide valid payout details before you can request one.
• You can request a payout once your available balance reaches the minimum threshold shown in your Affiliates tab. Only one payout may be in progress at a time.
• Every payout request is reviewed before it is sent. We may hold or decline a request while we investigate suspected breaches of these terms.
• If a payout fails or is returned, the amount goes back to your available balance and you can request it again.
• Any fees charged by the payment provider for receiving the money are yours.
• If your Ticket Tool account is deleted, we retain the financial records we are required to keep, but there is no longer an account to pay and any remaining balance is forfeited.

6. Tax

Affiliate earnings are your income. You are solely responsible for determining, reporting and paying any tax owed on them in your jurisdiction. We do not withhold tax and we do not give tax advice. We may ask you for tax information where the law requires it, and may withhold payouts until you provide it.

7. How You May Promote Us

You may share your link on your own website, videos, streams, social accounts, and Discord servers you have permission to post in. When you do, you must:

• disclose that you earn a commission, clearly and close to the link, wherever the law or the platform requires it;
• describe Ticket Tool accurately, including its pricing and features;
• make it clear you are not speaking for or as Ticket Tool.

You may use our name and logo to refer to us, unmodified, solely to promote the product. That permission ends when your participation in the program ends.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• refer yourself, whether directly or through another account, household member, or business you control;
• create accounts, use payment methods, or take any other step designed to generate commission on your own spending;
• bid on our brand terms in paid search, or run ads that could be mistaken for our own;
• register domains, social handles, or app listings containing our name or a confusable variant;
• send unsolicited bulk messages, spam Discord servers, or post your link where you have no permission to;
• use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, browser extensions, or any other technique that sets attribution without a genuine, intentional click;
• offer unauthorised cashback, rebates, or coupons, or misrepresent our pricing or promotions;
• promote Ticket Tool alongside content that is illegal, hateful, adult, or otherwise in breach of our Terms of Service.

9. Suspension & Termination

You may leave the program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without notice, including where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.

While suspended, no new commission accrues and payouts are blocked. If we terminate your participation for fraud or a serious breach, we may void unpaid commission connected to that conduct and reclaim amounts already paid on it. Commission earned legitimately before an ordinary termination remains payable, subject to the usual holds and thresholds.

10. Changes to the Program

We may change these terms, the commission rate, the windows, the hold period, the payout threshold or the payout method, and may pause or close the program entirely. Material changes take effect from the date the revised terms become effective, and we may ask you to accept them again before your next payout. Continuing in the program after a change means you accept it.

11. Relationship of the Parties

You are an independent participant, not our employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer. You have no authority to make any commitment on our behalf. Nothing here grants exclusivity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the program is limited to the commission properly payable to you at the time the claim arises.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and are subject to the same governing-law and consumer-rights provisions set out in our Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.
