Before you join

Anyone with a Ticket Tool account. Joining is free and instant. Open the Affiliates tab in your account and accept the program terms to get your link.
The standard rate is 20% of what each referred customer pays, on their first payment and every renewal for 12 months. Your Affiliates tab shows the exact rate and window that apply to your account.
Commission is held for 30 days to cover refunds and chargebacks. After that it becomes available, and once your balance clears the minimum you can request a payout. We review it and send it to your PayPal account.
Your link sets a first-party cookie in their browser. If they sign up within the attribution window, they are credited to you. First link wins, and each referred account is tied to one affiliate.
The matching commission is reversed. The hold period exists so this happens before you are paid rather than after.
No. Self-referral, including through a second account or someone in your household, is not allowed and will get your affiliate account suspended.
