Connections

Tickets that know your other apps

Connect your store, issue tracker and team chat once. Staff see who's asking when a ticket opens, your apps can open tickets on their own, and escalating a bug takes one click.

What it adds

The context staff go hunting for, already in the ticket

Use a connected app in a flow, a rule or by hand from the ticket. Nothing changes until you choose where it runs.

See who's asking

When a ticket opens, staff see the member's plan, last order or pledge from Stripe, Whop, Patreon, Tebex and other stores.

Let your apps open tickets

A dispute, failed payment, canceled pledge or new GitHub issue can open a ticket, post a message or run a flow by itself.

Escalate without copy-paste

Turn a ticket into a GitHub, Linear or Jira issue, a Trello card, a ClickUp or Asana task, a Slack message or a Notion page. The ticket stays linked to it.

Hear back when it's fixed

When the linked GitHub or Linear issue closes, a rule can post in the ticket or close it, so the member hears back without staff chasing it.

Keep your own transcripts

Every transcript is copied to your S3-compatible bucket or a Google Drive folder.

Anything else, by webhook

An incoming webhook lets any app, form tool or script open tickets, and Custom HTTP calls your own API from a flow.

Supported apps

Works with the tools you already pay for

Pick an app in the dashboard, paste its key, and Ticket Tool checks it before saving. Keys are encrypted and never shown again.

How it works

Set up in a few minutes

  1. 1

    Connect an app

Automations → Connections, pick the app and paste its key.

  2. 2

    Choose where it runs

Add it to a flow, make it a rule's trigger or action, or run it from a ticket's side panel.

  3. 3

    Watch it work

Activity Logs shows every event and call, with the reason when one fails.

Which plan has it

Stores, issue trackers, team chat, transcript storage, incoming webhooks and Custom HTTP come with Pro. Bloxlink, BattleMetrics, Roblox Open Cloud and game server plugins come with Community and Pro.

Compare plans

Still a full support bot

Connections sit on top of everything else Ticket Tool does: panels, flows, transcripts, AI replies and analytics work the same whether or not you connect an app.
