Tickets that know your game server
Ticket Tool is a support bot for any Discord server. If yours runs a game server, connect it and staff see who a player is in game and where they're banned, right inside the ticket.
Every appeal opens with the facts
No more asking for a username, then searching three panels. The card is waiting for staff when the channel opens, and the member never sees it.

Player lookups
When a ticket opens, staff see the member's in-game name, whether they're online, when they were last seen, and extras like a FiveM character and job or a Garry's Mod rank. Messages and flows can use the same details.
Ban appeals that check themselves
Turn on Ban lookup for your appeals category and staff get a private card showing where the member is banned: your Discord server, BattleMetrics, a Roblox experience, Steam and your game servers, with reason, date and moderator.
Linked accounts, on the member's terms
Members link Steam once and pick which servers may see it. Roblox accounts come through Bloxlink, and Minecraft players link by typing a one-time code in game.
Open-source plugins
Each plugin makes outbound HTTPS requests with its own key, so there's no port to open and Ticket Tool never touches your server's database. The code and the protocol are public.

Free and open source. Create a key in the dashboard, drop the plugin on your server, and pick which categories use it. Plugin keys come with Community and Pro.
