Switching

Switch without downtime

Keep both bots in your server while you switch, so members can always open a ticket.

  1. 1

Add it next to Ticket King

Invite Ticket Tool App while Ticket King keeps running. Members keep using the old panel until you post the new one.

  2. 2

    Rebuild your setup

Recreate your categories, questions and support roles in the dashboard, or start from a flow template. There is no automatic import from Ticket King.

  3. 3

    Swap the panel

Post the new panel where the old one was. Leave Ticket King in the server until its open tickets are closed, then remove it.

While both bots are installed, commands with the same name, such as /close, appear once for each bot. Discord shows which bot each one belongs to in the command picker.
