Which one to pick

Pick Tickety if

  • You want one bot for tickets plus verification, giveaways, standalone polls and suggestions.
  • You need many panels for free. Tickety's free plan allows up to 25 ticket panels.
  • You want a fully white-labeled bot. Tickety sells one for €2.49 a month on top of Premium.

Pick Ticket Tool App if

  • You want auto-close for inactive tickets without paying. It is Premium on Tickety.
  • You want to design ticket intake on a visual flow builder with branching and routing.
  • You want a monthly AI allowance built into your plan rather than an AI add-on on top of Premium.

Switching

Switch without downtime

Keep both bots in your server while you switch, so members can always open a ticket.

  1. 1

    Add it next to Tickety

Invite Ticket Tool App while Tickety keeps running. Members keep using the old panel until you post the new one.

  2. 2

    Rebuild your setup

Recreate your categories, questions and support roles in the dashboard, or start from a flow template. There is no automatic import from Tickety.

  3. 3

    Move only your tickets

Post the new ticket panel and retire Tickety's once its open tickets are closed. Keep Tickety for giveaways, polls or verification if you use them.

While both bots are installed, commands with the same name, such as /close, appear once for each bot. Discord shows which bot each one belongs to in the command picker.

FAQ

Common questions

Paid monthly, our Community plan costs a little less than Tickety Premium and Pro costs more. Tickety's yearly plan works out to about €4.17 a month. Pro includes AI, which Tickety sells as credits and an add-on. Current prices are on our pricing page and tickety.top.
No. Ticket Tool App only does support: tickets, the knowledge base and support automation. You can keep another bot for giveaways and polls and use Ticket Tool App for tickets.
No. There is no importer, so panels are rebuilt in the dashboard, often from a template. Both bots can run side by side while you switch.
