Format Discord messages the easy way
Discord uses a flavor of markdown for text styling. If you do not remember every symbol, this formatter gives you a button for each one. Select your text, click a style, and see the result in the live preview before you paste it.
How to use the text formatter
- Type or paste your message.
- Select the part you want to style.
- Click a toolbar button to wrap it in the right markdown symbols.
- Check the preview, then copy and paste into Discord.
Formatting reference
- Bold: two asterisks, like **text**.
- Italic: one asterisk or underscore.
- Underline: two underscores.
- Strikethrough: two tildes.
- Spoiler: two vertical bars.
- Code: backticks for inline, triple backticks for a block.
