Affiliate Program
The affiliate program pays you a share of what the people you refer spend on Ticket Tool. You get a personal referral link, share it, and earn a recurring commission every time a referred customer pays. Earnings build up as a money balance. Once your available balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, you request a payout and our team settles it as cash.
How it works
Join from your account
Open the account dialog, go to the Affiliates tab, and select Get my referral link. Enrolment is instant and your link is ready right away.
Share your link
Post it anywhere you like. Anyone who visits Ticket Tool through your link is tagged to you.
They subscribe
When someone you referred pays for a plan, you earn a commission on that payment.
They keep paying
You keep earning on every renewal for the length of your commission window.
Get paid
Once earnings clear the hold period and reach the minimum payout threshold, request a payout from the Affiliates tab and our team settles it as cash.
Referral rate
These are the standard program terms. Your Affiliates tab always shows the exact rate and window that apply to your account.
| Term | Standard value |
|---|---|
| Commission rate | 20% of each qualifying payment |
| Commission window | 12 months from the referred customer's first payment |
| Applies to | Each new-subscription and renewal payment in the window |
| Attribution window | 60 days from the first visit |
| Hold period | 30 days before earnings become available |
| Minimum payout | $5 of available earnings (default threshold) |
Your dashboard is the source of truth
The Affiliates tab shows your current rate and window next to your link. Some accounts run on custom terms, so always check there for the values that apply to you.
Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, before tax. Only new subscriptions and renewals earn. Free trials, $0 invoices, mid-cycle upgrade charges (prorations), and one-off purchases such as AI token packs do not generate commission.
Attribution: who gets credited
- First touch wins. The first referral link a person uses is the one credited, even if they later click a different one.
- One referrer per customer. Each referred account is tied to a single affiliate.
- 60-day window. If the person does not sign up within 60 days of their first visit, the attribution lapses.
- No self-referral. You cannot refer your own account.
Your link looks like https://ticket-tool.app/?ref=yourcode. A short form, https://ticket-tool.app/r/yourcode, redirects to the same place. Both set the referral cookie that ties new signups to you.
Recurring commission
You earn on the first payment and on every renewal while the customer stays subscribed, up to the end of your commission window. The window starts on their first paid invoice, not on the day they signed up. By default it runs for 12 months from that first payment.
Earnings, holds, and your balance
Affiliate earnings are a money balance held in your affiliate account. Every commission moves through the same three stages:
| Stage | What it means |
|---|---|
| In hold | A new commission is held for 30 days. This covers the refund and dispute window. |
| Available | After the hold clears, earnings are ready to pay out. |
| Paid out | You have requested a payout and our team has settled it as cash. |
Refunds and disputes
If a referred payment is refunded or disputed while it is still in hold, the matching commission is reversed. The hold period exists so reversals happen before you are paid, not after.
Getting paid
You get paid in cash. Once your available balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, request a payout from the Affiliates tab and our team settles it manually (for example by PayPal). Your earnings keep building while you wait.
- Request a payout. When your available balance clears the minimum threshold (default $5), submit a payout request from the Affiliates tab.
- Settled manually. Our team reviews the request and pays it out as cash. The exact method (such as PayPal) is arranged with you.
- Nothing is lost. Anything below the threshold stays on your balance and keeps building toward your next payout.
Tracking performance
The Affiliates tab gives you a live view of your program:
- Available, In hold, and Paid out balances
- Referrals signed up, conversions, and your conversion rate
- Monthly earnings and referral charts, with a breakdown table
- Recent commission activity and its status
Suspended accounts
If your affiliate account is suspended, new commissions are paused and you cannot request a payout. Any balance you have already earned is kept.
