Your Account & Privacy

The account dialog is where you manage your own profile, not a server's settings. Open it from the user menu in the top-right of the dashboard (click your avatar, then Account under My Account). A header at the top shows your avatar, display name, Discord ID (with a copy button), and any Staff or Dev badges that apply to you.

It has three tabs:

Account

  • Profile stats
  • Account info
  • Display name
  • Notifications

Affiliate

  • Referral link
  • Referrals & earnings
  • Request a payout

Privacy

  • Download your data
  • Sessions
  • Delete account

Account tab

The Account tab is your profile at a glance, followed by your account details and a few personal settings.

Quick stats

Two cards across the top:

Servers

How many servers your account is connected to.

Organizations

How many organizations you belong to. When you are in at least one, it shows a breakdown of how many you own versus are a member of.

Account information

A read-only summary of your account:

Field What it shows
Email The email on your account (from Discord). Shows a dash if none is on file.
Joined The date your account was created.
Last login The date you last signed in.

Display name

Set a display name to change how you appear throughout the dashboard instead of your Discord username. It is limited to 50 characters. Leave it empty to fall back to your Discord username.

Changes here are not saved instantly. A Save Changes bar appears at the bottom of the dialog once you edit something, with Reset and Save Changes buttons.

Notifications & marketing

Two consent toggles control the messages you receive:

Default on

System Notifications

  • Platform announcements
  • Change logs and updates
  • Downtime notices
Default off

Marketing Communications

  • New features
  • Upgrade offers
  • Promotional content by email

These are your choices to make

System notifications default on and marketing defaults off. You can change either at any time, and the same bottom bar saves your changes.

Affiliate tab

The Affiliate tab is where you get your referral link, watch your referrals and earnings, and request a payout once your cleared earnings reach the minimum threshold. If you have not joined yet, you enroll from this tab and your link is ready right away.

The full program terms (rates, the commission window, holds, and how earnings are paid out) live in the affiliate guide.

Privacy tab

The Privacy tab holds your data rights and account controls. It has two areas: Data & privacy for everyday actions, and a Danger zone for deleting your account.

Download your data

  • Export everything we hold as one JSON file (GDPR Article 15)
  • Download starts in your browser as soon as it is ready
  • Limited to once per hour

Privacy policy

  • View opens our privacy policy in a new tab
  • Read how we handle data
  • GDPR, CCPA, and Australian Privacy Act compliant

Active sessions

  • Sign out of all devices, including this one
  • Other devices lose access on their next request
  • A confirmation dialog asks before it runs
Danger zone

Delete account

  • Permanently deletes your account (GDPR Article 17)
  • Two steps, then type DELETE to confirm
  • You are signed out automatically

Download your data

Select Download My Data to export everything we hold about you as a single JSON file (GDPR Article 15). The download starts in your browser as soon as it is ready.

The export gathers:

  • Your user profile (Discord ID, username, email, created and last-login dates)
  • Your notification and marketing consent settings
  • Guild memberships, and organization memberships with your role in each
  • Subscriptions you pay for, with their tier and status
  • Tickets you created (capped at the most recent 5,000), with status and message counts
  • Affiliate earnings and commission history
  • Your past data exports, account deletion requests, and audit log entries
  • A note on the third-party services involved (Discord for the bot platform and message storage, Stripe for payments)

Once per hour

Data export is limited to once per hour. If you have exported recently, the button tells you how long to wait before you can export again.

Privacy policy

The View button opens our privacy policy in a new tab, where you can read how we handle data (GDPR, CCPA, and Australian Privacy Act compliant).

Active sessions

Sign out of all devices revokes your active sessions everywhere, including the device you are using. Other devices lose access on their next request, and you are returned to the login page here. A confirmation dialog asks before it runs.

Use this if you signed in on a shared or lost device, or if you ever suspect someone else has access to your account.

Delete account

The Danger zone holds Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and cannot be undone (GDPR Article 17). Deletion runs in two steps: a screen that lays out exactly what happens, then a confirmation screen where you optionally add a reason (up to 500 characters) and type DELETE to proceed. After confirming, you are signed out automatically.

Organization owners must transfer first

If you own one or more organizations, deletion is blocked until you transfer ownership or delete those organizations. This protects the servers and members that depend on them.

Here is what happens to your data when you delete your account:

Outcome What it covers
Deleted immediately Your user account and login access, session tokens and OAuth credentials, non-owner organization memberships, and notification settings.
Anonymized within 7 days Tickets, messages, and transcripts you took part in (your name, ID, and avatar are replaced with "Deleted User"; the conversation stays for the server's records). Audit log entries are pseudonymized with a random identifier.
Cancelled Active subscriptions you pay for are cancelled so you are not billed after deletion.
Retained Billing and tax records, kept as legally required with your identity disassociated where possible, and Stripe customer data managed by Stripe.

Your account is removed right away, so you lose access at once. The conversation data you appeared in across servers is anonymized within 7 days rather than instantly.

Privacy contact

The Privacy tab lists a contact address for privacy questions. We respond within 30 days, and within 7 days for account-deletion requests.
