Server selector
Use the selector in the sidebar header to switch between servers and organizations. Only servers where you have management access appear. Use refresh if you recently changed Discord roles or added the bot to a new server.
Overview page
The server overview page is a quick status screen. It shows open tickets, recent activity, configured categories, panels, commands, flows, knowledge base articles, and setup prompts for unfinished configuration.
Use it to answer two questions:
- Is the ticket system active and healthy?
- What setup work is still missing?
For day-to-day ticket handling, go to Managing Tickets.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Check |
|---|---|
| Server is missing | You are logged in with the right Discord account and still have Manage Server or a dashboard role. |
| Sidebar item is locked | Hover the item to see the role required, then update dashboard permissions. |
| Changes do not appear | Refresh the server selector or reload the page after changing Discord roles. |
| Dashboard loads but bot actions fail | Check the bot's Discord channel permissions. |
