Free Discord Ticket Bot: What's Included
Ticket Tool's Free plan is a full ticket bot, not a trial: ticket claiming, auto-close for inactive tickets, automatic transcripts and replying from the web dashboard all work on Free, with no credit card. There is no monthly ticket cap; per-hour anti-raid limits apply. Paid plans raise the limits on panels, categories and flows, keep history for longer, and add features such as AI and the REST API.

The hourly ticket limit is there to stop a raid from filling the server with channels; ordinary use does not come close. See Ticket Rate Limits.

Ticket panels on Free show a small "Powered by ticket-tool.app" footer. Paid plans let you set your own panel footer.
When to upgrade
Upgrade when you hit a limit in the table above, need longer transcript or analytics history, or want the paid features such as AI replies, integrations and the REST API. Compare plans to see what each one adds. A free Pro trial is offered when available; the pricing page shows it.
