How Billing Works

Ticket Tool has a free tier plus paid plans that raise limits and unlock advanced features. Prices can change, so use Pricing for current numbers.

Ways to pay

Option Best for Managed from
Server subscription One Discord server that needs Community or Pro Server dashboard billing
Organization plan Multiple servers managed under one team and one bill Organization dashboard billing

A server can only use one effective paid tier at a time. If a server belongs to an active organization, the organization's server tier wins over a standalone server subscription.

Effective tier priority

Ticket Tool decides a server's active tier in this order:

  1. Organization membership: active organization plan covering the server.
  2. Server subscription: active subscription bought for that server.
  3. Developer or granted license: internal or manually granted access.
  4. Free: default when no paid access applies.

Stripe billing

Paid subscriptions are handled through Stripe. From billing settings you can:

  • Start a monthly or annual plan.
  • Update the payment method.
  • View invoices.
  • Apply valid coupons or redemption codes.
  • Cancel renewal.

Cancellation stops future renewal. Paid access normally remains until the end of the current billing period.

Cancelling before you delete a server

If you plan to delete a server, cancel its subscription first. Deleting a server with an active paid plan is blocked until you do.

Ending a plan is a billing decision, so we keep it on the billing page rather than letting it happen quietly as part of clearing out a server. Cancelling this way forfeits the rest of the paid period and is not refunded, because the server will not be there to use it.

Cancelling and keeping the server behaves normally: access runs to the end of the period, and only renewal stops.

Your billing history survives the server

Cancelling marks the subscription cancelled and keeps the record. Deleting the server removes its tickets and configuration, not your invoices or payment history.

Organization billing

Organization plans cover a set number of member servers. Extra server slots may be billed separately depending on the plan. Member servers inherit the organization's provided server tier while they remain in the organization.

Use organization billing when you need one team, one subscription, and several Discord servers.

AI token packs

Pro includes a monthly AI token budget for AI flow nodes. The budget resets monthly and is shared by all AI nodes on the server.

If you need more:

  • Buy an AI token pack from the server Plan & Billing page.
  • Bring your own OpenAI-compatible provider key.
  • Contact support for larger or custom usage.

See Support Flows for how AI nodes use the budget.
